i am a college student coming off a 6 month internship. I have hit the gym off and on since high school, but nothing serious. I gained a lot of weight from November 2009-March 2010 (190-205 to be exact) and I was fed up with the way I looked. I hit the gym at least 3 days a week and random cardio all for 6 months straight. I first from March-May tried to lift to get a base before I started my diet and going more towards a cut to lose my BF% before I worry about packing on the muscle. I am going to cut, and do whatever i need to so my BF% is low. I am really not too sure how to go about it but I am learning as I go. I might try a fat burner to help out.
