    Had just best 16h fasted wo ever and did 2x180kg (400lbs) box squat at 80kg (176lbs) morning weight.. Feels good! Could have prolly done 190kg atleast once, but decided to leave some gas in the tank for rest of wo.. Will be trying that @ saturday thou!

    Worth of what misery? I personally enjoy eating BIG and tasty meals 3 times a day in 8 hour window more than way i ate before.

    3 days in and im loving it! First two days were pretty painful due to fact i ain't used to eat 3000kcals in 8 hours CLEAN. And i did eat that food in 6 hour window both days.. Offday was fine, sweet potato fries, eggs and stuff for 1800kcals were just a joke compared to training day!

    Diet is fine by my standards, but i would add something like cottage cheese before bed with EVOO and reduce amount of liquid food in your diet. Also you should watch quality of your gains (Muscle/Fat ratio), i personally gain pretty easily both even when i go over 3000kcals/day with 40/40/20...

    First thing is more fat, less carbs. Your breakfast needs protein also, and olive oil before bed would be awesome thing to add. Which kind of program you'r using now at the gym? If you have been training +5 years those lifts are pretty poor, no matter how weak you did start.
