A little bit of both, mainly recomp to lean out, but ideally to put on some size. I ran Alpha Mass and Alpha bulk last time with marginal results, seemed like my body adjusted to dosing very quickly and gains stagnated despite upping dosage every 2 weeks. -

Just to be clear, after squats, it says rest 60 seconds but it's supposed to be a superset? My understanding of super sets were back to back with minimal rest. In other words, squat and then right after hit lunges.- Fobra
