    Good points. My foods just may be on the "overly clean" side. I didn't realize the whole milk, evoo, protien combo could actualy have that many cals. Nice to know.     Thanks for the advice. I already ingest 2-3 protien shakes a day whenever i can get around to it. I guess i'll just have to start preparing 5-6 meals in advance for each day and just eat it weather i like it or not.
