    I was just curious has anybody used LC regurarly? I have read it enhances mental performance and has other benefits besides being a fat burner.

    Thanks for your reply T. In that case eould you gain less? Admitedly the muscles will not see the reason to grow if they can handle the pressure.

    No my question is not how to cure soreness, cardio post workout helps btw, My question is do you still gain muscle if you dont go to failure on each set or dont take any measures that usually ends up with soreness?

    Do incline DB flys. Start with your hands wide open and bring your arms only half way instead of the typical inc db press. Hi reps will make your outter chest explode. Btw this is my first post!
