    I wouldn't call this a definite stack, but right after workouts I supplement my diet by... Ingesting: 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds 1/4 cup olives 2 cloves of garlic (roasted, but raw works fine too) Results: ~5 large loads every 2 days ~oddly enough also induces slight insomnia (4 hour sleep dent)
