I am originally a Southern Californian, but transplanted many times in the US and Europe. Just settled with my husband and 3 children to the ski country of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and am putting down some roots! Started a co-ed weight training class in high school (dad's influence) and have stuck with it ever since (almost 28 years). I have a love and a passion for physical, spiritual and mental well being. First and foremost I am a Christian and child of God, then a wife, mother, personal trainer, sports nutritionist, health and wellness promoter, and positive influence in the lives of my loved ones.
