  1. At home core workout... Here's what I got so far...help finish

    Combining "core" and cardio into a routine is really combining two very different things. Core work usually means torso stabalization ability. Doing endless situps is not the same thing. Things like one arm bench press, turkish getups, one arm deadlift, one arm suitcase deadlift, overhead...
  2. Barbell Only.....

    You can do one arm things with the barbell too. One arm curls, one arm press, t bar one arm row. About the only thing you cant do is hammer curls that I can think of. One arm barbell work will work the grip and stabalizing muscles more though.
  3. whats your favorite bicep workout?

    I kind of like one arm barbell curls, and supination work with a 28 inch dumbell handle.
  4. All compound routines

    If you want a mostly compound routine you should consider a full body routine also. If you stick mostly to compounds varying grips would be helpful, like underhand grip press with cheat curl if you do no biceps work for example.
  5. Bicep Workout

    If you are going to do multiple exercises I suggest doing ones that are as different as possible from each other for biceps. So a one arm exercise, two arm exercise, and supination isolation work with bent arm, and maybe some static holding strength work.

    With no thickbar training how much can most people deadlift with these starting out compared to a regular bar in percentage terms?
