    I just finished a 8 week cycle of AMS 4ad and made good gains. I have done cycles of PH before but have lost gains during PC. Please give me your thoughts on a good PCT to minimize losses. Thanks

    ScottyDoc, when you say run a PCT during and after. Explain the during part please. Can I run the PCT from the beginning of the cycle with 1-Andro? What are the benefits? Estrogen?
