    Hang in there CT. Side note have you seen the new pro series bell AKC is putting out. Completely adjustable and maintains the same shape as the original just saw it today before KB torture. Pretty interesting it is $200. And I guess they are giving it a trial run right now.

    I am being trained by a friend at the YMCA by my house it has helped a lot in everything from the way I normaly feel to my heavy days. I am trying to working into strongman style of training for summer time and hope to incorperate it into that.

    If you liked the samples wait till you are on it everyday. I know for me just walking around base in the gravel and dirt my legs and calves feel jacked. You won't regret it!
