    I would also add that one capsule of Follidrone is about half the price of one scoop of MYO-X, and for me personally (in terms of gains) just one capsule of Follidrone has been worth about four scoops of MYO-X. HMB, Glutamine, creatine.... I've tried them all. This is something else.
