    Thanks for the advice , I'm pretty sure I can stay on top of it for the next 9 days to complete a 2 week cycle . But if it increases then I will leave it .

    I'm on day 5 using Gw and I'm definitely having some upsetting thoughts. Maybe it something else but it wasn't there before I started the cycle
