Take it everyday. About 2 grams spread in 2 two doses. You can take more if you like too. Taurine is a good amino for bodybuilders anyway so you're fine if you take more.
Eat way more solid food meals man. If cash is a concern drop the BCAA's in favor of something you can eat on the go. I used to eat a lot of protein bars when I went to college. Also nuts, fruit and pre-made shakes are a smart idea.
Too much whey too IMO. Eat some chicken or steak before bed.

This is my suggestion: go with D-plex (3caps per day) for 4 weeks and then 2 weeks of 11-sterone at 6 caps per day. You'll gain mass with the D-plex and cut up with the 11-Sterone.
Store them away from heat and light. Some people keep them in the freezer. I don't think you need to vaccuum seal it as long as keep the bottles sealed.
Stocking up is your call. Look at it this way, once our PH's are gone, they're gone for good. I don't know the stock our retailers are at but...
I would use pstanz and furza for 5 weeks together. They're weaker/safer compounds so they can be stacked.
You don't need to use Form on cycle. I like to use Form as a bridge from cycle to PCT. This gives you a way to extend your cycle and Form covers your butt and helps any estrogen side...
I don't see a problem with using ATD in PCT. I would recommend against relying on it exclusively for PCT.
By adding things like d-aspartic acid and PCT Assist you have a more well rounded PCT program. THIS is what we (CEL) recommend...a well rounded approach ;)
