i was blown away hadnt had a workout like this in a while
Focus Shined here no complaints
energy was plenty full finished with stars and stripes...
had another session today
did chest (off coarse)
will point out i feel really good while doing my workouts sort of a euphoric feeling if that makes any sence
energy is still a highlight here i feel great even hours after i take it
during my workout i experienced above average focus pump was...
did not have time to upgrade yesterday but did back
Focus was on point
energy was great
pump was good
endurance shined
now to todays workout
day #6

Went CRAZY
Chest & Tris
light weights, high reps
Incline Bench
120lbs for 20 reps
Incline DB Flies
3 sets to failure (20-25) at 30lbs each
Flat BB Bench
120lbs for 12 reps 4 sets
ez curl bar skull crushers
4 sets of 45lbs 18 reps
reverse BB Skull crushers
Bar Only 35 reps 2...
Day 3
Let me start by saying i fell asleep at around 1 A.M & woke up About 5:00 A.M. for a endurance exam for a job
i was drained by the end of it but managed to pass (THANK GOD)
BTW i was a bit anxious/nervous reason i could not fall asleep (We all been there)
anyways by the time i got home...
yes sir it does, i have had some great sessions u weren't exaggerating after all
considering ordering the blueberry pom have you tasted it yet? if so how does it compare to the LD?
if you haven't yet i would say "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?!?!" haha get on it quick!
Second Work out

Today i used 14 Oz water & the flavor greatly improved
now it tastes a bit more similar to hemavol and the lemonade posted above
Stretched for a good 10 mins
after i took it i must say it took aother 35-40 mins to kick in
after the warm up it was on...
okay so first workout went great
Took it in about 10 oz water
taste was strong but good reminded me of these
