    That carb smart ice cream is really good, but watch out... the sugar alcohols killed me! I was writhing in pain from cramps/gas pains for hours. Took about a full day for it to completely leave my system.

    You might be able to buy it off of someone... that is if you can find anyone! I didn't start seeing results with X-factor until the 2nd bottle, i think like day 30. Great product though.
