Have been lifting now since I was 19. When I started lifting I weighed 129 pounds and was very depressed. My weight now hovers between 180 and 190 and I lift a minimum 3 days a week. I love lifting and have gained a ton of knowledge in the weight room and will gladly share w/ my fellow lifters any questions you may have i'll answer them the best I can.
