You can adjust eating habits, such as limiting alcohol consumtion. Reduce the amount of caffeine intake. Too much caffeine can limit the body's ability to lower SHBG levels.
For supplements, i would consider boron and tongkat ali, zinc even magnesium can lower SHBG.
I don't think dhea has a significant effect on free testosterone. If your SHBG levels are too high, it likely means that less of your total testosterone is free testosterone.
You can try to lower your SHBG levels.
I'm currently on a run with CEL M-Test and Cloma-Plex. Feeling great with the Combo.
Since Optimise T and M-Test both include Ashwaghanda, cloma Plex might be an option.
For my understanding the OP asked for natural testosterone boosters. In my opinion M-Test in addition with inhibit-E are really great working supplements for this suppose.
