    Tamoxifen/Nolvadex has been the best bet i have noticed overall. It was actually designed for breast tissue. Although, i have not heard of Ralox yet mentioned by TheConMan.

    The theory is very interesting, so i tried it myself. I was able to lose a surprising amount of fat while keeping muscle. Fat seemed to go off quicker than just spreading my carbs out throughout the day. And i was still able to keep my strength. I understand the theory of how it doesnt matter...

    I am a fan of ALCAR as well. You say 'other oils,' I have noticed good results running CLA. Make sure you get high potency and run appropriate dosages.

    To add.. -Sleep is one of the biggest things. -Make sure you eat your good fats.. eggs yolks, fish, grass fed steak. -Squats and working legs are a must.

    Finally decided to join the forum.. If anyone has a Cheesecake Factory near them, have the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp with brown rice. Its amazing! Will post pics next time i go..
