I dont know anything about Sustain Alpha but I use dermcrine everyday. I follow the instructions on the bottle. For me that is three pumps a day.
I think it is a hell of a product...
You may not be on statins forever if you get your diet right and exercise. I use to be on statins ...a good diet (40P 35C 25F) heavy weights-some cardio and i managed to get it down and am no longer on meds.... For me being on meds was a excuse to eat bad..
Try getting in the best shape of...
Personally I think your caloric intake is way to low... I would try to reset your metabolism. You could take the benchmark of 1400 (which is way to low) and slowly week by week adding in calories...maybe 50 a week. You should be up around 2200 a day on a cut....anyway thats my take... Oh and...
OK i get it ....you want to make sure that the product is out of my system when I go for my blood draw.....still makes no sense.. yea my levels would have been where they always have been....
No I kept it the same...... Why stop? I am on TRT for a reason... I dont make enough.. I am 54 years old. My point was the product works..Being that my Free Test also increased I am sure it was because of the AI in the product.... Your comment makes no sense to me at all..
Like I want to stop...
I would not go over the recommended dose.. Read what you wrote: It is working..your losing fat..probably not holding as much water... Your mood is better..your libido is better all the while your cutting...
What does the bottle say your dose should be?
This is a great product...I am on HRT so I get my blood taken every three months.... My test levels were 800 before using this product..I used it for two months went back for my normal blood work and my test was 1300... the only thing I changed in my routine was this product... so based on my...
Admin is right on.... I would add that you slowly and I repeat slowly add back in some calories back to maintenance level....When I say slowly I mean like 50 calories increase a week maybe more but go slow.
I think that is to much to do sub q ...you could do 1 gram a week divided into two doses.... Go to All Things Male Forum there is a whole section on sub-q injections... follow what Dr. Crisler says. I currently do sub-q and my results are the same if not a tad better than IM....plus E is more...
Your test level can fluctuate a lot. Did you take your blood test the same time after your shot on both tests? If not that could be the reason. I always have my blood drawn in the trough. Bi-weekly or weekly shots work best. I would advise finding another doctor.
My advice is find a good hormone doctor in your area...I would not go see a GP for TRT. Do a google search you will find one..even if you have to travel a bit. A good hormone doctor is well worth it. There is a hell of a lot more to TRT then rubbing some gel on you or taking a shot. Also...
I have been on TRT for three years now. I can confirm that the replies you have gotten so far are 100 percent accurate. Run as far away from your current doctor.... Twice a week injections.... add in some HCG. Go to Dr. Crisler's forum All things male... read and learn. Be prepared to donate...
