    I typically just use 40g of whey isolate and 50g of carbs from half Dextrose and half Maltodextrin. I also mix my second daily serving of Betaine & Beta Alanine in with it.

    Solid looking product but the Forskolin is something that for me personally would prevent me from taking it. Wrecks me on an empty stomach.
