  1. What to eat at night?

    I take a casein Shake before bed. It always helps so I don't wake up starving! Coffee and eggs or steel cut oatmeal with berries in the morning for my pre-workout.

    Also isn't there an intermittent fasting portion to that diet? The article explained that he fasted Overnight and in the mornings, with a total of up to 16 hours combined? it sounds interesting, but I train in the mornings. Anyone know if it's possible to do with a Morning Workout schedule?
  3. Bad breath

    impacted Wisdom teeth can also cause this.... But I've also experienced when eating VERY low carb without a good amount of veggi's and water. I do supplement with Chlorphyll and haven't had any problems since.

    Can anyone suggest the best ways to Take it? Should I be adding it to my shakes or how else are you eating it? Pre or Post workout better? And does heating it up, reduce the beneficial properties? (I know it's not meant to heat on HIGH, but.... I think you know what i mean.)
