Transdermal delivery does not go through the liver. Oral administration requires that the substance be processed in the liver, which can cause problems.
The filler is chalk and the binder is methylcellulose (modified plant starch). The chalk won't matter (good source of calcium I suppose) and the methylcellulose is too large a molecule to be carried transdermally.
Got some phlogel and my gear together, but don't know how to proceed from here. Anybody know mixing proportions for T-prop and tren? I'd like to end up with the transdermally delivered equivalent of injecting 200 mg TP and 50 mg tren. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
