  4. CEL Alpha one + forskolin: too much cAMP stimulation?

    I don't have the strongest stomach. PreWorkout with Stim will often get me... I've been using forskolin for sometime and added AlphaOne about a week ago and have had no stomach issues. (I doubt I will add the second daily dose.) I only take it with food. Cedar burps are kinda funny.

    I had a similar issue, about 6 or so weeks was painful. Took 3-4 months to get back lifting. I treated with Chiropractor, heat pack, and alternated pain killers. Good luck!

    I do this and don't notice any difference between taking one or the other. Mono post workout and HCL pill on off days. I don't have any issues with mono and only have the HCL as a pill for convenience. Feel like creatine is creatine if you don't have issues with mono. If you do take HCL...
