Just want to no if you think im eating enough for a lean(ish) bulk.
I 'm 5'7 and weigh 70kg, %9 bf
I dont eat the same things day in day out but try keep the basics like chicken eggs and oats in there.
meal 1 : 2 whole eggs, 5 slice of wholemeal bread, 1tbl peanut butter, 4g fish oil...
