About Me
My name is Kenneth. EctomorphNaturalBodyBuilder.
I am from Norway and started lifting weights again for about 6 months ago.
But i would say 4 since the first 2 months was kind of unserious.

My gains and strength have increased drasticly lately due to my increased calorie intake.
I have worked out before, but i did never eat enough calories, i didn't think it was that important.
In other words, i was retarded.
Then i started eating enough, and suddenly within 4 months i had increased 22 lbs.

Since my metabolism is insanly high i have to eat loads to gain the least bit of fat and muscles.
My estimated daily intake of calories is now at about 7-8000 calories.
Around 4-5000 from meals the rest from the "serious mass" gainer.

Of supplements i currently use:
Amino acids, Serious mass, MyoFusion and KreaBolic.
As a pre-workout i used Jack3d, but i am looking for something close to it's effetcivenes but without all the stims!
