    I don't know how muscular you are or how high a metab you have, but 3000 cals a day is probably way too much. You should set yourself the goal of losing 2 pounds a week so you have a bit of cushion. Try 2000 cals a day for a month and re-evalute if you need more or less. Cardio- get yourself...
  3. p-plex disappointing?

    I'm Taking epi 30 mg daily just about to start 4th week with "below maintenace" calories. I'm up a few pounds, losing around the waist with moderate strength and size gains. Maybe it because i have quite a reserve of BF to burn as energy..but it is working great.
  4. what type of 4 day split?

    I'm a novice and been real confused by all the different methods and routines...and your split i really like. I think I'm going to implement it. The only change would be adding Forearms to Back/Bicep Day. Looks like a good simple routine.
