I think heavy training at night is not better for the health. You should get training in the morning or at the evening time. Morning training is more effective for the health.

Fruits shake are very healthful. I use the fruit shake with milk shake. my favorite fruit shake are banana shake ,Apple shake,and Mango shake.

You should not use the milk,ghee, cream and other dairy products to avoid the weight gaining. Rather use should use the boiled vegetables, grapes fruits juice, and green tea etc.
