**** day today... Worked up to 455x1 (mistake set) and 455 for 2 sets of doubles... Still going easy cause its my 2 nd time squatting again... Won't start wrapping for another month or so after I get back to 6+.

1 set 335 1 set 315 both a cpl reps short of failure. I had a splitting headache and was tired as hell but I can't get to the gym over the weekend so I didn't wanna miss a day. So on bench I just did slow perfect reps working on technique.

This is maybe the 6-8th time I've trained legs in years...zero times in the last cpl months...probably squated twice in a smith and once with a BB in the last year. It was a I guess 3-4 months ago.

Thanks. So far I am impressed and intrigued by the possibilities for this product...as an add on product but also with the potential for uses outside of bodybuilding. I would have so many more options if I had a training partner but I usually don't and I wanna be honest so using another person...
Today I did over head "presses" with the isolator.... Omg... Took some playing around to.get the cable ht rt but once I did...the pump was extreme. There is no point where the tension is off or even let's up. Delts have been a weak body part for me and I plan on using these as my main delt ex...
