    Been using Mutant ISO for a few months now. Have only tried chocolate peanut butter and strawberry milkshake which in whole milk taste like a treat. My wife even enjoys the strawberry milkshake and she is very picky.

    Half am fasted and second 30min prior to workout usually 3-4 hrs after a meal.
