not a heavy user. I used No explode and before that I would take a 200mg caffine pills two time a day. I have been taking it an hour after I take my prework out protein shake
I dont know if its just me but i started out with 2 scoops of jacked and didnt see anything but felt dizzy and sick and had to leave the gym. Next time i went back on it i did 3 scoops. I felt fine but didnt feel anything. Should I up the scoops?
