DMAA is a fine supplement. I bought a 100 grams back when it was still considered ‘legal’.
I toss it in occasionally during a cut or for some extra focus during a workout.
If you don't take it easy with that bicep, you're going to be out for a hot minute. I had the pain in my lower anterior bicep where the tendon stretches into the elbow. It took almost 2 years to get rid of that pain.
