    Face bloat

    I get face bloat, but more from high sodium than the excess calories. And for me it's definitely genetics. One sodium-rich meal and my face gains like 4 lbs of water! Ugh.

    I've been disappointed by so many pre-workout these days that I'm hesitant to shell out for a new one. ANS Ritual was the latest one I tried that I just didn't like. Are samples of CONQU3R available? I do trust the feedback of everyone on here, but I'd still rather try it first.

    I've been having success stacking one scoop of Alphamine with another fat burner, like Drop Factor or EpiBurn Pro. Really gets the sweat going.

    I've had good luck with Glycobol and Burn 24, both stacked with R-ALA. I sometimes throw in decaffeinated green tea extract (with a high EGCG yield) for additional metabolic support.

    I make "protein cake" by mixing in a scoop of any protein powder, egg whites, cinnamon and toss it in the microwave for :60 or so. Takes some practice to get the right ratio of powder/egg whites (too much or too little of egg white will either make it more runny or more firm), but man is it good!
