I found this video from John Meadows to be very helpful in 'feeling' the lat and being able to more intentionally activate it when training back.

Learning to use the lat for the work also made it much easier for me to feel when I was using too much weight and other muscles...
1. I think DBOL would be best used from weeks 3-9. The test should be kicking in and the stack is more effective in terms of holding onto the gains than using it as a kick start in my opinion. I'd take the DBOL before your workout if you're only going to take 20mg a day.
2. I'm not qualified to...
After I warm up, the workouts are usually right at an hour. The pump days are a little less due to shorter rest intervals (60 vs 90 seconds).
I'd say based on what your priorities are you could also drop one of the major lifts/accessory work bits if you're in a rush.

Weds - Chest
Thurs - Legs

I'm on week 4 of John Meadow's Creeping Death and loving it. You can find it free online if you're interested. It's a PPL with two 'pump' days to address weak points/stuff you want to prioritize. Feels great.
Started Creeping Death last week and just learned today that John has passed away. Everyone here has learned from him, so thought I'd share.

Just heard the news that John Meadows died and thought I'd post. I always found his videos to be super informative and had just started his Creeping Death program two weeks ago. Crazy.

I think I speak for more than just myself saying he'll be missed.
^ Completely agree with Dustin. Using gear before you understand training and nutrition and have a solid base is like putting race car fuel in a car that needs a lot of work.
I agree that you should be doing dips and shouldn't be pressing on back to back days. You should also be doing more...
Just dbol or are you stacking it with test?
I've never run a dbol only cycle, but when I run it with test I do it a little differently than the standard 'kickstart at the beginning' recommendation.
I've had more success running the test for 2-3 weeks, until I'm really feeling it and starting...
