About Me
I've been lifting on and off for 15 years, now I'm looking to make some serous gains. Over all I would like to put on 10 lbs. At about 8 months ago I was about 190, now I'm down to 179. wasn't happy with the love handles The weight loss was slow, but I did it thought lifting and diet, NO CARDIO - I get my cardio cycling and fishing, hiking. i.e outdoor things I enjoy. I currently lift @ home and I have almost everything I need. I believe in old school lifting, free weights, dead lifts, heavy rows, bench, pull up, and squats (very hard on my knees). I'm here to learn more about dieting, routines, and the overall sport. I currently read quite a few health mags. but seems like the same old bull, and constantly pushing there supps. P.S. I needs to build larger lats, and guns who isn't
