Feedback from first week on the new Radiate formula. The focus/energy/mood affects are still awesome. The sweat onset seems a little more delayed than with the powder but it still hits. Actually works better for me because the sweats seem to kick in during post lifting cardio. Awesome job guys...
Getting off topic here but you first asked if Ketosis is a result of low calories. Ketosis is not based on calories but based on carbohydrates/glucose levels. You could be in Ketosis and in a calorie surplus resulting in fat gain...not lipolysis
True.. Diet (calorie deficit) is king for reducing fat but OP asked for supplement recs. For me, "fat burners" like Radiate help me push through workouts when cals are low.
If I'm taking this 3 caps/day on workout days (5 days/week) is it still recommended to take 4 weeks off after 8 weeks or can it be run longer? Hitting the 8 week mark and liking the results. Any product recommendations to help keep my cut rolling during the time off of ignit3? Thanks.
