Huh? Am I missing something here? I thought the argument was against isolation exercises in favor of compound ones -- as in a powerlifting routine. Yet the actual workout has plenty of isolation movements. Somebody 'splain this to me.
I think changing up exercises has the effect that HST observes -- that muscle gain depends on progressive weight lifting, not on completely maxing out every set. So, changing up the exercises typically has the effect of lowering the intensity and initiating another cycle of progression.
If you're going to take an antidepressant, do NOT take Paxil. I'm in the therapy field and I won't let my consulting psychiatrist prescribe it to my clients. The withdrawal from it is a ****ing nightmare for many people.
