    Welp. Just realized the microscoop is only 10mg, so I only took 10 the first time. Then I only prepped 20 for today so we'll see if I feel anything at that dose.

    Only tried it for 1 workout and didn't feel anything. Used the microscoop to measure it though since I don't have a milligram scale, so it's possible I underdosed. Gonna try it again with my workout tonight.

    Thanks man. The shirt gains are great actually. My sleeves are getting TIGHT! I wish I took measurements before I started. And throwing around bigger weight in the gym feels good too. Hopefully the LGD let's me continue to make strength gains despite the cut.

    Thanks! I'm not as shredded as I was 26 days ago though... As of yesterday I switched back to a cut... Can't stand it when the abs fade... I am loving the increased strength though.
