I'm 24 y/o, married to a GORGEOUS woman with 2 BEAUTIFUL kids. In the Army, currently deployed. I love to work out. I've finally taken it upon myself to learn the RIGHT way to workout so that I can apply it for myself and teach fellow soldiers how to do it, as many are already exhibiting shoulder problems from poor technique and neglect of complementary muscle groups.
I was in college for Paramedic Science before I got yanked for this deployment, and love to learn anything and everything about the human body. Endocrinology is climbing up the ladder at an extraordinary pace as my favorite aspect of humans.
