Anyway, start working out or just try to walk more and what's even more important, start to drink water. Also get rid of the bad eating habits and begin eating healthy foods.
I can say i tried PRIME once and it did absolutely nothing.
Still, i'm kind of fascinated about USP's products, maybe i'll try this or something else out.
well, you can't reall put on muscle and lose fat at the same time.
you can put on muscle and not get very fat, just keep it simple, dont eat too much, and eat clean, little cardio would not hurt either.
