Just finished a run of RPN Havoc. 6 weeks @ 40mg daily. CEL cycle assist, Animal Omega, All Day Liver and Joint Protector, Protein and 1.5 gal water daily.

PCT - Nolvadex 30/30/20/20/10 until finished with CEL PCT Assist, Animal Omega, All Day Joint and Liver Protector, Protein and 1.5 gal water daily.

I started at 198 lbs roughly 15% bf. I'm now 190 lbs approx. 10 - 12% bf. Maybe less. I can't tell for sure.

I maintained a caloric intake of 2,750 during the duration of my cycle. Maintaining 1.5 g of protein per lb while fluctuating my carbs and fats to reflect my workouts.

I did a split body workout. Average 1.5 - 2 hour gym workout.
Day 1 - Chest and Back
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - Shoulders and Arms
Day 4 - Cardio and Abs
Day 5 - 7 REPEAT.

Everyday AM cardio for 20 - 30 min followed by abs.
Everyday Steady state cardio for 20 min post workout.

I dropped an average of 1.4 lbs a week for a total of 7 - 8 lbs.
