    I suffer from IBS, and tried Gut Health, and it seemed to just cause me 10x more problems. In fact, I had ordered 2 bottles with high expectation, but as of now bottle #2 still sits in the fridge unopened. I may try Cultivate, seems like a pretty good Probiotic + Enzymes combined.

    With Bioforge out of stock everywhere I decided to pick up Ashwagandha and Tongkat on their own. You mentioned that the Ashwagandha was underdosed in Bioforge. The typical suggestion is to take 3 to 4 caps per day of Bioforge per day...is the Ashwagandha still underdosed at that point...
