Rhyno- 8 scoops seems a little excessive doesn't it?
The recommended use is a little unclear stating:
As a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops in water shake well. Depending on bodyweight (< 160lbs: 2 scoops), split the dose before and during workout. Then it says regardless of body weight...

I have a quick question:
what do you guys think is the best drink to be drinking during your workout?
My brother has a whole tub of Xtend that he doesn't use so I was thinking about giving that a try, any suggestions?

It's more of a once a month type thing so I'm not too worried about it. Thanks for the information though, I had no idea about that kinda of stuff until I hopped on this forum a few days ago.
yo h0other - i know im skinny in general, im just starting a pretty intense workout/diet program in about a week and just wanted to know some good exercises.
plus i play hockey so i wouldnt mind improving my shot as well.

buster- i've been reading your workout log and i wanted to know what you did in the first 3 months from where you went 127lbs all the way to 155.
i want to add that kind of weight in that kinda of time, what were you doing before dth?

So hockey season is finally over and I'm trying to bulk up this summer.
What type of results would I see if I added DTH to my workout regime.
I plan on completely re-doing my diet and nutrition when I move home this week.
I'm 5'11'' and 145lbs, I'm looking to add 20-30lbs over the next few...
Does DTH work with the 'average joe' who is trying to bulk up this summer? I had a pretty intense plan, but by the looks of this workout log (and yourself buster), I might give this a try.
In the first couple of months while using this, were you using any other types of supplements?
