    then i simply wouldn't listen to him. if it really did impact his cycle he must of had previous unattended health issues. the ph your taking will have much more negative effects on your body then the 2 beers.

    i would call it more of a reason then excuse. an excuse is an apology for not doing something, i would never consider trying to better yourself an excuse.

    Your a grown adult you don't need an excuse to not drink. If someone ask why you aren't tell them your watching what you eat more carefully no need to jump through hoops with excuses. If you do decide to drink it won't kill you either, only have a few, drink them slow, and rehydrate with water.
