well into 3rd week of PCT now and starting to feel tired the day after workouts and not as energetic as when on cycle, did a leg session last night and was very close to throwing up and legs are like lead this morning
only 10 days left of PCT and then 8 weeks off before next cycle
Did a really good workout on chest last night and for the first time in ages feel sore this morning, its a strange feeling to be honest
still feeling good during my PCT and now planning on my next cycle after a 8 week break of course
into 2nd week of PCT and still feeling good, the triple combination is obviously working well and have felt no comedowns at all
training is still flat out the only thing that I have noticed is my appetite has increased but I am not putting on any weight from the increased feeding so all good so far

Gains so far have been strength and stamina and fat loss as not going for muscle gains just trying to reduce body fat levels and look and feel better
I am sticking with 8 weeks as this is my first cycle so want to stick with as safe approach as possible

chest tonight and felt much easier to complete the session, chest was pumped up like crazy
weights didnt feel as heavy and wasnt out of breath which is great
shame only 12 days left of this then PCT time
Arms last night and man did I enjoy that workout, sweat was running of my face and I felt great
veins were out in force and arms felt like they would explode
shame I only have 2 more weeks Damn
leg day and finally today I managed to complete my first workout without wanting to be sick
it was a great feeling and long overdue so can finally feel proud

I feel better more defined even though pictures don't do me justice yet, I am training 5 days in a row but not feeling tired at all

Day 30 and going as well as expected still feels funny rubbing the dermacrine gel on my chest and back as my missus just keeps shaking her head
weights still increasing and feeling good
Again sorry must do better with updates, now on Day 29 and feeling better with weights and stamina but not seeing massive changes in physique but have lost weight around my waist
going to up the cardio now so hopefully that will bring about some better changes
bit of a delay updating due to commitments but training going well onto day 22 now and feeling stronger than ever but struggling to lose weight now
stagnated for the last 2 weeks but I look better in the mirror so it looks like I am recomping rather than losing scale weight
