I am fairly certain that while training in a fasted state (ie hardly any insulin in your system) causes your body to feed on muscle tissue and fats rather than glycogen. This being the case, especially if you add some BCAAs or EAAs before fasted cardio, the primary burn will be pure fat.
That's what I am starting to think. I feel as though the more I research the more I want to split hairs when in the grand scheme of things, the little details won't make or break a damn thing. Except maybe my bank account.
