I'm not saying that its not good to take some time to yourself by training alone, its good to just tune out the bull**** and put some weight up, but as far as reaching goals whatever they may be I believe that having a capable training partner to give you that extra push/kick in the ass is...
Its rough no doubt Ive been forced to primarily train alone, any training partner ive had either gave up after a week or so, or they got lazy and just started making excuses, or they just for whatever reason decide that they don't need to train. Kinda sucks but just gotta keep at it!
