I drink protein shake after or before any workout but i never skipped my meal for protein shake specially when i don't do exercise. Protein shake is good for energy but we can't drink it as a part of meal.

Well my favorite pre workout meal is fruits because fruits provide me energy and give me strength. Fruits have vitamins that are useful for our body. After or before any workout our body needs energy so that energy we can get from fruits.
