    I usually load up a lot of dubstep songs and hit the gym. Most of the ones I like to play during a workout take 30-60 seconds before they drop hard. Great to start some of them as I'm preparing for the next deadlift :-) Otherwise some great angry music is Gojira, and infected mushroom is sick...

    Gotta say I'm one of the people that prefers doing Back as well. My Chest is terrible, but mostly because I had poor form because I was misinformed.. :( I'm going to add a few of these tips into my routine for the next chest day.

    Haha, that's def a safe call. Though I did try it on my biceps the other day and it wasn't too bad during the workout... I just have to remember not to try and wipe the sweat of my face with my sleeve... I managed to get a little on my lip. Lol

    It definitely was... I took a week and a half off and I got through back no problem today. Now I need to keep track of how long I can go before needing to deload again. hopefully I can do 6-8 weeks, I can't imagine doing 3 weeks on 1 week off.

    hate to resurrect an old thread, but I just got the genomyx eviscerate smolder and my STOMACH IS ON FIRE. Holy ****, I'm going to get some guys to try it in the office tomorrow.

    Did some research on CNS fatigue and, you're right; it's definitely not. I'm pretty sure I just need to try not to kill myself each time I train. Did deadlifts today and I was struggling after my 135# warm up which has never happened before... And 315# felt impossible :-(

    Definitely. Since I reduced the amount of exercises in my routine, I'm upping the sets/weight. Taking some time off now though. Body really seems to need it. For the last 3 months each workout was til failure. So I'm going to do back on saturday and then spend all of next week doing cardio.

    It's not that my routine needs that much intensity, it's that I've been wanting to do as much weights as possible to burn the extra calories. I go as heavy as I can on each exercise, and to failure. If I'm at rep 4, and I know I can squeeze out 2-3 more reps I do it. Then for the next set I up...
