First, you need to find out what type of testosterone your doctor is giving you. If it is indeed test C or E, than your doctor is clueless and you need to run away as soon as possible for your own safety and wellbeing. Also, what type of doctor are you seeing? Pcp, Endo ?
It could be pituitary damage, which can cause hypogonadism. Those are your test results, so ask for them. If you went to Quest or LabCorp, you should be able to view them online. good luck
Im not a professional , but I don't think your current diet/macros would cause that low of testosterone. However it couldn't hurt to play around with your macros and see if it makes a difference..
What were your other levels (total t, prolactin, thyroid, SHBG, e2. Etc.)
