I was looking for some advice on whether or not I should take the PH Epistane. I'm 18, 5"9, 150, lifts are great for my bodyweight (bench almost double my bodyweight, knee messed up at the moment so not sure about squats, deadlifts in the mid 300s because grip gives out after), low weight...
